La portée 2011 / litter - Presentation

J'ai réalisé la photo parfaite ce matin!  Les 5 chiots étaient en ordre croissant d'arrivée.  Je vous les présente!

Une invitation qu'on souhaite tous recevoir un jour!  Elle était 3ième meilleur griffon au Canada en 2010.  Y aller est autre chose.....

Le compte est complet!  Malheureusement, le petit dernier est au paradis des chiots.  Ils sont magnifiques avec beaucoup de spots.  Les poids varient entre 460 et 505 gr.  Flèche est très attentionnée et reste toujours auprès d'eux.  C'est sa deuxième portée et elle sait maintenant ce qu'elle doit faire. 

Je tiens à remercier particulièrement la marraine de cette portée - ma fille Laurie - qui a accouché tous les chiots sans exception.  Elle a fait preuve d'un sang froid extraordinaire lorsqu'il a fallu aider Flèche avec 2 gros chiots qui refusaient de sortir rapidement.

Aussi, Mélissa était là pour nous apporter son indéfectible support.  Merci Mélissa!

Full house!  Sadly, one is in pup's paradise.  They are all beautiful with lots of spots.  Weights are between 460 and 505 gr.  Flèche is a very good mother and stays with them all the time.  It's her second litter so she knows now.

I have to mention that my daughter Laurie, who is this litter's godmother, whelped all the pups without exception.  She showed cold blood with 2 big pups who refused to come out easily.  She went for them!

Also, Mélissa was with us with her indeniable support.  Thanks Mélissa!

Nous avons 3 femelles et 1 mâle d'arrivés et il est 17H40.  Il en manque 2.  Ce sont de gros bébés en santé et tout tachetés.  Une photo sera ajoutée bientôt.

Flèche est agitée - Flèche is beginning to show signs of near whelping

Flèche est très agitée et haletante.  Elle ne mange plus.  Sa température est de 36.4 ce matin.  Je ne peux pas prédire la naissance encore.

Fin de semaine à Baie St-Paul décevante pour Excel - Disappointing weekend

 
Inscrite sur 4 concours en cette belle fin de semaine, Excel n'a pu se qualifier parmi les 4 magnifiques griffons présents.  Éden, Falco, Fortis et Gouda.  C'est une réalité crève-coeur mais il faut l'accepter.  À mon avis, sa petite taille (qui est toujours dans le standard quand même) ne joue pas en sa faveur.  Dorénavant, lorsque je la sortirai en concours, ce sera pour mon seul plaisir et mon besoin de continuer à améliorer mon maniement.  Merci à mes amis de m'avoir soutenue et toutes mes félicitations pour vos beaux gains!

Excel was entered on 4 shows this weekend but she didn't qualify on any against 4 griffs:  Éden, Falco, Fortis and Gouda.  It's reality and I have to cope with it.  I guess her height wasn't in the judges eyes.  She is still in the standard!  From now on, I will show her only for my pleasure and my need to continue improving my handling.  Thanks to all my friends who supported me and congratulations for your wins!

Flèche - 6 chiots/pups

Confirmé par radiographie!  6 gros chiots.  Naissance prévue pour le milieu de la semaine prochaine.  Elle est en pleine forme.  J'ai très hâte de les voir!
